Chia Puddings are super creamy, really easy to make and good for you.

Prep Time: 5 Min

Chill Time: 1 h

Ingredients

1/3 cup chia seeds 1 1/3 cup oat milk 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

Place all ingredients for chia pudding into a mixing bowl or mason jar and mix until combined. Cover and chill for 1 hour. 

Step 1

Top with creamy peanut butter, strawberry jam, fresh strawberries and chopped peanuts.

Chia Seeds are perfect as a topping for morning peanut butter toast.

Prep Time: 5 Min

Ingredients

2 wholemeal toasts 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter  1 banana 1 tsp chia seeds

Toast the bread and cut the banana into slices. Spread peanut butter over the toast, top with banana and chia seeds.

The best snack or treat ever! Healthy and super easy peanut butter cups.

Prep Time: 10 Min

Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter  1 cup melted chocolate 1 tbsp maple syrup 

In a bowl or blender mix peanut butter with maple syrup until smooth and combined. 

Step 1

Pour melted 1 tbsp chocolate into liner. Add 1 tbsp of prepared chocolate and finish with more chocolate. 

Step 2

Place the tin into the freezer for 30 minutes, to allow the chocolate to harden.Enjoy!
