Hello Fall! My favourite season finally arrived and I couldn’t be more excited for all my warming Chai Lattes and Apple Pies. Don’t get me wrong I love summer, but there is something magical about the fall and winter seasons. Anyways, what could be better to start off this season than these Healthy Apple Pie Parfait. They are super easy to make and perfect as a quick and delicious breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients
- Apples
- Cinnamon
- Granola
- Greek or Vegan Yoghurt
- Maple syrup (optional)
- Coconut Oil
How to made these Healthy Apple Pie Parfait
I mean this recipe couldn’t be easier. All you need to do is just follow these few steps below.
Start by preparing the caramelised apples. Cut the apple into cubes. Heat up 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped apple and 1 tbsp of maple syrup.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the apples are covered in maple syrup. Sprinkle with cinnamon, mix until apples are covered and transfer to a bowl.
Add greek yoghurt to serving glasses, top with caramelised apples and granola. You can also sprinkle the Parfait with cinnamon.
Serve immediately. If you would like to prepare these in advance, I would recommend adding granola just before serving otherwise the granola will be soggy.
Can I substitute any ingredients?
Yes, you can totally customise this recipe to your own taste. I like to swap apples for pears or sometimes I go for Vanilla Soy Yoghurt.

Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 1 1/2 cup / 300 grams greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup / 150 grams granola (I used my homemade cinnamon granola)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
